What do you think about the Gillard citizen assembly?

It sounds like a good idea. Maybe it will encourage more Australians will take an interest in climate change.

It might work, but if climate change experts can't make an emissions trading scheme work, how can 150 everyday Australians?

I'm sketical - it's probably just a buying time to work out a deal with the mining industry.
