Regional Flavours 2013

Regional Flavours is South Bank Corporation’s signature food and lifestyle event, which celebrates and promotes regional Queensland produce, the people who grow it and the creativity of the state’s chefs.

This year will see, Adam Laiw and Hayden Quinn from the Master Chef series presenting some inspiring discussion about food and current Master Chef Australia Judge Gary Mehigan examining the underpinnings of the restaurants in the stylish dining area of the River Quay.

There will be an array of food matching programs for wine, beer and cider, along with 12 food stalls and 64 local restaurants where you can enjoy some of the best regional produce.

There will be local Live performances from musicians throughout the event and the Food Imaginarium will capture the attention of children with fairytale inspired treats including Rapunzel's hair made from caramelized marshmallows.
