It's shameless self-promotion, but after only eight weeks of being around, G-Online has won an award - for Best Associated Internet Site.

The recognition is from Publisher's Australia - which represent many publishing companies and magazines in Australia.

The awards are held every year and include the likes of The Monthly, The Medical Observer and AFR Smart Investor, among others.

Congratulations also goes to G Magazine's editor, Sara Phillips, who won Editor of the Year.

The company that publishes G, Luna Media, also won the inaugural Sustainability in Publishing award.
