EDITOR

Carolyn Barry has taught, researched and reported on science and environment issues over the past eight years. After finishing a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education at the University of Queensland, she stepped into the high school science classroom for a few years. Relocating to the United States, she completed a Master of Arts degree in journalism at the University of Colorado and went on to work in Washington DC at the magazine Science News. She has written for major U.S. newspapers and magazines, including National Geographic online news, the Denver Post, and Alternative Medicine Magazine, and been a contributor to COSMOS and G. She was Deputy Editor of G Magazine until August 2008 when she moved into the role of editor of G-Online, and more recently, editor of the magazine.

ASSISTANT EDITOR

Lauren Monaghan is a new face to the world of journalism, having recently emerged from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor's of Science in Media and Communications. Armed with a strange mix of qualifications in both journalism and immunobiology, she joined the Luna Media team as an intern working on COSMOS, followed up with a brief stint as Publisher's Assistant, and is now busy getting into the green groove as Assistant Editor of G Magazine.

CHIEF SUB-EDITOR

Kate Arneman applies good grammar and polish to articles, as well as keeping the magazine production line running. A fluent German speaker, she completed a combined Bachelor of Arts in communications and international studies at the University of Technology in Sydney, which included two semesters at the University of Konstanz in Germany. She has worked as a freelance researcher for FilmWorld and Michael Chugg Entertainment, and landed her first sub-editing job at Marie Claire where she served for two years before making a quantum leap from fashion to physics at COSMOS magazine.
