Default Second hand plants and pots
Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can buy second hand plants and pots in Sydney? I'm looking to get some indoor plants for my living room after a LONG hiatus without them... I'd prefer to go second hand and get pre-loved plants and pots rather than buying new, to tap into a new habit- you don't have to buy everything new. Any suggests from the eager green thumbs out there would be most welcome

You should check out PreLoved Roots in Alexandria.
Here is the facebook link with their details
http://www.facebook.com/PreLovedRootsGardenNursery

Basically they take in plants people don't want anymore and nurse them back to full health, then sell them back into the community. Not sure if their pots are second hand, however Mitchell Road Auction House, also in Alexandria has some pots from time to time. So you should check them out too!

If you are looking for 2nd hand plastic pots, plant nurseries throw them out by the trailer load every now and then.

Default thanks!
Thanks guys! I went to pre loved roots in alexandria and got myself some beautiful second hand plants and some great outdoor pots for my herbs. All for less than $40! Your suggestions were great.
