The Statham family's Rosnay vineyard and olive grove is part of Rivers Road Organic Farms, an affiliated group of six properties near Cowra in NSW that practise sustainable agriculture.
The Stathams grow their grapes biodynamically, and while early wine quality was acceptable, recent vintages have seen great improvements.
This lovely, great-value dry white has crisp citrus and apple fruit flavours and mouthwatering vanilla-toasty complexity.
