Winner of the Champion ribbon for table olives at the 2006 Cowra show, these delicious organic olives are pickled naturally in Murray River gourmet salt and hand sorted and tasted prior to bottling.
It's worth noting that olives are one of the most sustainable crops for Australian climate and soils.

Rosnay was converted to organic farming in 1997 by former woolgrowers Richard and Florence Statham and is part of a unique model organic rural subdivision, known as Rivers Road Organic Farms, Canowindra.
