Orgran No Egg

Orgran's No Egg natural egg replacer

Product details

Product name: Orgran No Egg

Price: $3.40 for 200 g

Taking their commitment to reducing greenhouse gases to a serious level are those who not only don't eat meat but have also eschewed eggs.

The housing, heating, feeding and transport involved in raising egg-laying hens create substantial greenhouse gases.

Orgran No Egg is a starch-based egg replacement powder that simulates the texture of egg in cooked products.

I made egg-free mayonnaise to the recipe on the pack. It looked and smelled like mayo but sadly the texture was granular and unpleasant.
