As part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, Justin McPhail and chef Lee Bryant are showcasing their 'bush tucker' skills by putting together a six course vegetarian degustation using ingredients they have foraged from the wild.
Gathered from the Central Victorian forests, the various plants and flowers will contribute to a menu that will display some of the areas indigenous plants and natural produce that the area has to offer, including the small vanilla lily, river mint and manna gum.

The San Francisco International Ocean Film Festival is coming to Australia, bringing with it an array of documentaries, narratives and animations from around the world that explore all aspects of our great oceans. The films vary in length from 2 minutes to an hour, and focus on topics such as conservation, wildlife, exploration, culture and sport.
The festival will be making six stops while in Australia.
