With nearly 800,000 views on You Tube, this animated film from the U.S. easily explains the story of why bottled water is so bad for our environment.
Presented by waste activist Annie Leonard - the creator and narrator of The Story of Stuff (2007), which began as an hour long documentary and is now a series of condensed film versions. Leonard has even published a book version of the film earlier this year. In 1992, Leonard testified on the topic of international waste trafficking in front of US Congress.
The Story of Bottled Water (2010): How "Manufactured Demand" pushes what we don't need and destroys what we need most, shows the complete futility of bottled water.
